Guido Messina (born 4 January 1931) was a road bicycle and track cyclist from Italy, who won the gold medal in the men's 4.000m team pursuit at the 1952 Summer Olympics, alongside Marino Morettini, Loris Campana and Mino de Rossi.[1] He was a professional road cyclist from 1954 to 1963.
