Guinston United Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church building located at Chanceford Township, Pennsylvania, York County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1773, and is a one-story, fieldstone building with minimal ornamentation. It features paneled semi-circular inserts above the doors and rounded arch windows. It replaced an earlier log church built in 1754. In 1867, the church began use as a Sabbath School when a new sanctuary was built nearby.[2]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.[1]
