Business Model

Unlike other shopping channels, GunTV will not ship any products directly to customers; instead, the customer will pick his/her purchase at the nearest federally licensed dealer, which will complete the necessary background checks and paperwork.[1][2] The weapons will be shipped to the dealers via Louisiana-based wholesaler Sports South.[1]

As it is illegal to fire a firearm inside a studio in California, GunTV shall feature in-studio inactive firearms combined with recorded outdoors demonstrations, which shall be made "by former law enforcement personnel, former members of the military and sharpshooters with a profile among the fanbase, such as ex-Olympic marksmen and season winners of the reality TV show Top Shot".[2]
