Professor P. Gunasekaran, popularly known as Dr. PGS, Vice-Chancellor, Thiruvalluvar University,[1] is a Senior Professor of Microbiology at Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, India. He has thirty two years of teaching and research experience in Microbiology, Biotechnology and Genomics.
