Gvozdarus is a genus of cod icefishes native to the Southern Ocean.[1]

- Gvozdarus balushkini Voskoboinikova & Kellermann, 1993
 - Gvozdarus svetovidovi Balushkin, 1989 (Naked-head toothfish)
