Gwawr Edwards
Gwawr Edwards (born 1984)[1] is a Welsh concert soprano.[2] Edwards is best known for her television and radio appearances, and has recorded with Bryn Terfel.[3]
Gwawr Edwards was born in Aberystwyth, into a farming family, and studied music at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, graduating in 2006.[4] She is a former winner of the Solo Competition at Llangollen International Eisteddfod. She has toured with Glyndebourne Opera and Only Men Aloud! She has performed as a soloist at events at the Royal Albert Hall, the Wales Millennium Centre and at Highgrove (for the Prince of Wales’ Trust Appeal).
