Gwilym Davies (barista)

Gwilym Rhys Davies, (born February 1967) is a British barista.

Davies was born in Cheltenham, England, and grew up in Leeds, Yorkshire.[1] Davies took the World Barista Championship crown in Atlanta, USA in April 2009.[2] Becoming well known for his coffee carts on Whitecross Street and Columbia Road[3] as well as having started the Prufrock coffee concession in Present on Shoreditch High Street.[4] Gwilym now runs a café and training facility on Leather Lane, London.
