Gwyn Thomas (footballer)
Gwyn Thomas (born 26 September 1957) is a Welsh former professional footballer who played as a midfielder in the 1970s and 1980s.[1]
After starting his career with West End F.C. in Swansea[2] he joined Leeds United, making his debut for them in 1974-75.[1] He made 103 appearances for Leeds before transferring to Barnsley in March 1984.[1]
Thomas went on to make over 200 league appearances for Barnsley until the 1989-90 season, when he joined Hull City.[3] He later played for Carlisle United.[1]
