These are the results of the rhythmic individual all-around competition, the only rhythmic gymnastic event in the gymnastics at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
For the first time since the 1956 Olympics, there was a competition in Rhythmic Gymnastics. In 1956 there was a team event with portable apparatus.
Qualification
The twenty highest scoring competitors out of thirty three entrants would go to the finals.
