Gymnothorax polyuranodon is a moray eel found in the Indo-Pacific ocean, as well as in brackish and fresh water of the region.[1] It was first named by Pieter Bleeker in 1853,[1] and is commonly known as the freshwater moray, manytoothed moray, or spotted freshwater moray eel.[2]
