Inaugurated on 7 May 2001 as a non-profit statutory body set up by the Hong Kong Government, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTPC) is involved in technology innovation in the focused clusters (Green Technology, Electronics, Biotechnology, Precision Engineering, and IT & Telecommunications).
