HNoMS Ula (S300) may refer to one of the following submarines of the Royal Norwegian Navy:

HNoMS Ula (S300) (Kobben class), a Kobben-class submarine, commissioned in 1965; renamed HNoMS Kinn (S316) in 1987; scrapped in 1998
HNoMS Ula (S300) (Ula class), the lead ship of her class, commissioned in 1989 and in active service
