HPxHC, also known as Harry Potter's Hardcore is an EP by the parodical hardcore band International Superheroes of Hardcore. The EP was distributed by hardcore label Bridge Nine Records and contains four new tracks. The EP is only available on vinyl or digital release. Digital tracks are available to purchasers of the vinyl. The vinyl was limited to 3200 copies. There are four colors available each representing the Hogwart's House Colours (Blue, Yellow, Maroon and Green).[1]
It was the band's last release.
Style
The lyrics on the EP remain as satirical commentaries on pop culture and the hardcore music scene, while musically being influenced by modern hardcore song conventions, such as a breakdown and group vocal choruses.
