Hakim Nasir

Muhammad Nasir, commonly known as Hakim Nasir (d. 2007, Karachi, Pakistan), was an Urdu poet from Pakistan.

Hakim Nasir is best known for his ghazal Jab sey tu nay mujhey deewana bana rakha hai, sung by Abida Parveen. Born in Ajmer, India, he migrated with his parents to Karachi, where he inherited the Nizami Dawakhana on Burns Road. He was also a herbal doctor (Hakim).
