Halutz

Halutz (Hebrew: חָלוּץ, pl. halutzim), Hebrew for a pioneer. It may refer to early Jewish immigrants to Palestine, including Hovevei Zion and Bilu during the First Aliyah, which generally pre-date the founding of Zionism. It may refer also to the following:
