Hamilton Easter Field
Hamilton Easter Field (1873–1922) was an important American artist, teacher, author, critic, collector and patron of the arts.[1]
In 1911 Field founded the Summer School of Graphic Arts in Ogunquit, Maine. Unmarried, Field left his papers to Franco-American sculptor Robert Laurent, and they're now held by the Archives of American Art.[2]
