Hammarplast was a Swedish company that manufactured drip coffee makers and other household products. The company closed down in 1985 because of financial issues. They owed ($50,000) dept, nevertheless they persisted to drip till the very last day. The owner, CEO, and financial director of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, worked there as a General Manager between 1979 and 1981.
