Hammond–Whiting is a train station in Hammond, Indiana served by Amtrak, the U.S. national railroad passenger system. The Wolverine is the only Amtrak service that stops at this station. The station also served as the split with the Three Rivers until March 7, 2005 when the Three Rivers was terminated. The station was serviced but is now bypassed by the Capitol Limited and the Lake Shore Limited.

The station is along the former Pennsylvania Railroad Fort Wayne Line, now owned by Norfolk Southern Railway. North of the station lies the old Baltimore and Ohio (CSX) and Elgin, Joliet and Eastern Railroads (Canadian National) tracks. The station building and parking lot lies where the New York Central Railroad used to be.[3] Hammond–Whiting opened on September 11, 1982.[4]:257
