한글맞춤법(Hangul matchumbeop) refers to overall rule of writing in Korean with Hangul.The current orthography is issued and established by Korean Ministry of Culture in 1998. The first of it is Hunminjungeum(훈민정음), . 맞춤법 means the same thing as the 한글 맞춤법 in everyday conversation.

Korean orthography rule(한글 맞춤법) consists of six clauses, along with appendix.
