Hans-Wilhelm Albers (12 June 1914 – 4 June 1944) was a highly decorated Oberstleutnant in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. Hans-Wilhem Albers died on 4 June 1944 in a field hospital in Rieti, Italy. He was posthumously promoted to Oberstleutnant.
