Hardy Pond is a 42-acre (170,000 m²) pond located in Waltham, Massachusetts. It is a popular site for bird sightings, though in recent times the quality of the water has degraded due to roads, fertilizers and other reasons. The pond is surrounded by 45 acres (180,000 m²) of adjoining wetlands.
