Harpa harpa, common name the true harp, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Harpidae, the harp snails.[1]

Description

Ovate, short sharp spines on shoulder; Flesh pink with dark brown lines going around the shell.

Distribution

This species occurs in the Red Sea and in the Indian Ocean off Chagos, the Comores, Djibouti, Eritrea, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Réunion, the Seychelles, Somalia and Tanzania.
