Hassan Moustafa (born 28 July 1944) is a former Egyptian handball player, who played for the Egypt national handball team.[1]
Moustafa has been president of the International Handball Federation since 2000.
During the 2009 World Men's Handball Championship a conflict emerged between Moustafa and the Secretary General of the IHF, Peter Mühlematter.[2]
