Masjid Hazrati Abu Bakr Siddique is a 501(c) religious organization in the heart of Flushing, Queens- a community of believers adhering to Islam, the Qur’an and the life traditions of Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessing Be Upon Him). Masjidi Hazrati Abu Bakr Siddique was established by Afghan, Turkistan, Uzbek immigrants from Afghanistan in 1986 as a community center for religious events and programs. The Mosque, Al-Masjid in Arabic, is the Muslim gathering place for prayer. Al-Masjid simply means “place of prostration.” Though most of the five daily prayers prescribed in Islam can take place anywhere, all men are required to gather together at the mosque for the Jumma (Friday Noon) prayers.

Mosques are also used throughout the week for prayer, study, or simply as a place for rest and reflection, Masjidi Hazrati Abu Bakr Siddique is open after Noon Prayers till Night.

Masjidi Hazrati Abu Bakr Siddique has following programs:

1) Open daily for 5 times daily prayers, see the schedule on the website for timings. 2) Friday Prayers with Speech (Bayaan) in English. 3) Daily Hadith with summary after the Fajr (Morning) and Maghrib (Evening Prayers). 4) Islamic classes for children weekly on Saturdays and Sundays from 10AM to Noon; teaching Quran and Sunnah to children ages 5-18 years. 5) There will be Quranic classes for children after school, Monday to Thursday from 3PM to 6PM. 6) Adult Quran reading programs. 7) Masjidi Hazrati Abu Bakr Siddique typically holds 2 Congregations during Eid with Speech in Persian/Dari/Farsi for the first one and In English for the 2nd Service.
