The current Health Minister of the Gaza Strip (Abbreviation: MOH) is Mufiz al-Makhalalati, who took position in September 2012, following reshuffle of the Hamas government in the Gaza Strip.[1]
Mufiz al-Makhalati replaced Basem Naim, who served during the first Hamas cabinet. Hamas is designated as a terrorist organization by the European Union, the United States, Canada, Israel, Egypt and Japan.
