Pingju

Pingju (Chinese: 评剧; pinyin: píngjù) is a form of Chinese opera from northern China. It originated in Tangshan, Hebei, near the city of Tianjin.[1]

Famous performers include actresses Bai Yushuang and Xin Fengxia.[2]
