Heberty Fernandes de Andrade (born August 29, 1988) is a Brazil born-East Timorese footballer who plays for Thai Premier League club Ratchaburi. In May 2015 Heberty was able to obtain Timorese citizenship, making him eligible to represent the island nation internationally.[1]
