Heggelia is a village that is part of the urban area of Bardufoss. It is located along the river Barduelva in Troms county, Norway. The village is located in the municipality of Målselv. Heggelia is located along European route E6 about 2.5 km (1.6 mi) south of Andselv and Bardufoss Airport.[3]
The 1.48-square-kilometre (370-acre) village has a total population (2013) of 941, which gives the village a population density of 636 inhabitants per square kilometre (1,650/sq mi).[1]
