List of European Rugby Champions Cup finals

This article lists the results of the finals of the European Rugby Champions Cup, prior to 2015 known as the Heineken Cup. Professional teams from England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, and Wales compete in the competition, each qualifying via their domestic leagues. The cup is contested annually, with 20 teams split into five pools. The top eight teams from the pool stages qualify for the quarter finals; the four winners then contest the semi-finals; the two winners then play each other in the final.
