Heino Mandri (1922 - 1990) was a Estonian actor.

In 1946 he graduated from drama school at Tallinn drama. Was accused of anti-Soviet activities, sentenced to imprisonment, from 1948 to 1954 he served the sentence in Votlage. Rehabilitated only shortly before his death. In the years 1958–1966 and since 1972 – actor Kingisepp's Tallinn academic theater. In the years 1966–1972 – actor Estonian youth theatre. In the years 1975–1990 – actor Tallinn drama. In Soviet films often playing the roles of otricatelnyh characters of officers of the Wehrmacht and American spies.
