HeinOnline is an internet database service launched in 2000 that is a source of legal information. It is published by William S. Hein & Co., Inc. and provides access to a large number of law libraries.[1]
HeinOnline carries a number of sources which are otherwise unavailable from competing database products. For example, it has PDFs of scans of the entire Federal Register. It also has a library of law journal articles which differs from its competitors in that the articles are provided as PDFs of scans of the articles rather than star-paginated plain text versions.
