Helical Bar plc is a leading British-based property business. It is headquartered in London and is a constituent of the FTSE SmallCap Index.

History

The Company was formed in July 1919 to make and sell reinforcing steel for the construction industry and was originally known as The Helical Bar and Engineering Company Limited.[2] The sale of the steel reinforcement business to its management at the end of 1986 enabled Helical Bar to diversify into a property development and investment company.[2]

Portfolio

HB's portfolio includes Fulham Wharf, office space, retail space, retail parks, industrial space, and four retirement villages in the south of England.
