Hellenic Seaplanes S.A is a new seaplane company, is the first fully integrated company in Greece to operate in the seaplanes sector. Greece due to its polynisian character, the large coastline, the limited transportation connectivity between the islands, 25+ million broad and increasing tourism base, and large local population, is ideally suited for a very successful seaplanes operation.

The seaplane company “Hellenic Seaplanes S.A.” is base its business and marketing strategies on achieving high, and profitable, load factors through absorption of unmet demand in two key air-sea categories:

1. Unserved and under-served routes on which high unmet demand currently exists or can be readily developed

2. Serving key niche markets where demand is either unmet or poorly served

Hellenic Seaplanes’s strategy is to (i) establish and exclusively manage water aerodromes in Greece’s top 100 most attractive destinations with the highest traffic and the highest commercial activity potential and (ii) operate scheduled routes that connect these destinations supplemented by sightseeing, charter, and medical/emergency/evacuation flights. By being the first and fully integrated seaplanes company in Greece, Hellenic Seaplanes, has the “first mover” status that offers significant competitive advantages.
