Hellinsia rigidus is a moth of the Pterophoridae family. It is found in North America, including California.

The wingspan is about 22 mm. The forewings are whitish with broad pale yellowish shading along the costa and over most of first lobe. The veins are unmarked. The hindwings are almost concolorous with the inner area of the forewings, with a very faint smoky tinge.[2]
