Hellmut von Leipzig (born 18 July 1921) was a highly decorated Leutnant of the Reserves of the Brandenburgers in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership. He is also known as Generalfeldmarschall Erwin Rommel's driver. He currently lives in Namibia.
