Henri Marie Raoul Brincard (November 18, 1939 – November 14, 2014) was a French Roman Catholic bishop.
Ordained to the priesthood on August 23, 1975, Brincard was named bishop of the Le Puy-en-Velay on August 8, 1988 and was ordained bishop on October 2, 1988.[1]
