Henrik Andersen is a European, guitar virtuoso, singer songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and vocal percussionist.

Andersen was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. Since the age of 18 he has performed professionally as a guitarist and vocalist. He studied Carnatic music rhythm from Trilok Gurtu and Pete Lockett, which became a vital element of his compositions. He is a Jazz guitarist, who graduated from the Rhythmic Music Conservatory of Copenhagen. He also specializes in various vocal percussion styles such as Beatboxing and most notably Konnakol. He is well known for his performances in the jazz trio "Music spoken here". He has taught master classes in various corners of the world for Guitar and Konnakol. He once served as a soloist performing John McLaughlin's concerto for guitar & orchestra "The Mediterranean" in 2013 with The Moscow symphony orchestra.

He is a theatrical performer who has acted, written and composed for shows with the Danish theater companies, TeaterTasken and Teater Refleksion. He is also a professional cartoonist.
