Henrik Asheim

Henrik Asheim (born 21 August 1983) is a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.

In 2007 Asheim was elected to Bærum municipal council. He was leader of the Norwegian Young Conservatives, the youth wing of the Conservative Party from 2008 to 2012. He had previously been deputy leader. In 2013, he was elected to the Storting for Akershus. In the Storting, he is a member of the Standing Committee on Education, Research and Church Affairs.[1]

Asheim is openly gay.[2]
