Henry II, Count of Nassau-Siegen (9 August 1611 in Siegen – 27 October 1652 in Hulst) was Count of Nassau-Siegen from 1611 to 1623. He was a son of Count John VII of Nassau-Siegen and his wife, Duchess Margaret of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg (1558-1599).
He married on 19 April 1646 to Maria Magdalene (1623 – 26 December 1707 in Siegen). She was a daughter of Georg Ernst of Limburg Stirum (1593-1649) from his first marriage, on 26 September 1591 in Detmold, to Countess Magdalene of Bentheim (1591-1649). Henry II and Marie Magdalene had four children:
- Ernestine (1647-1652)
- William Maurice (1649-1691), who later ruled Nassau-Siegen
- Sophie Amalie (10 January 1650 in Wisch – 15 November 1688 in Jelgava), married in 1678 to Frederick Casimir Kettler, Duke of Courland and Semigallia (1650-1698)
- Frederick (1651-1676)
