Henry J. F. Miller was a demoted United States Army Air Corps major general.[1] He commanded the Air Material Command European Theater of Operations (1943–1944). He retired as a colonel in May 1944 as a result of a security breach.
Legacy
He is portrayed in the 2004 film Ike: Countdown to D-Day.
