Herbert Henry Royer (June 4, 1915 – April 7, 2003) was an American football coach.
Coaching career
Royer was the head college football coach for the West Virginia Tech Golden Bears located in Montgomery, West Virginia. He held that position for the 1949 and 1950 seasons. His coaching record at West Virginia Tech was 14 wins, 3 losses and 2 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #10 at West Virginia Tech in total wins and #1 at the school in winning percentage (.789).[1]
