Herschel David "Herk" Baltimore (June 21, 1921 – January 1, 1968) was an American basketball player, and WWII veteran.
During WWII, he served as tank commander, and received the Bronze Star.
He played collegiately for the Pennsylvania State University.
He played for the St. Louis Bombers (1946–47) in the BAA for 58 games.
