Herschell Turner (born March 29, 1938)[1] was an American basketball player.
Turner played high school basketball at Shortridge High School in Indianapolis, IN and college basketball at the University of Nebraska.[2]
Turner was drafted by the Syracuse Nationals in the 6th round (5th pick, 45th overall) of the 1960 NBA Draft.[3]
Turner played for the Anaheim Amigos[4] and Pittsburgh Pipers[5] of the American Basketball Association during the 1967-68 season.[6]
Turner also played for the Harlem Globetrotters.
