Hesby Church (Norwegian: Hesby kirke) is a parish church in Finnøy municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Hesby on the island of Finnøy. The church is part of the Hesby parish in the Tungenes deanery in the Diocese of Stavanger. The old, stone church was first built around the year 1100, but it has been renovated and added on to several times since then. The church walls are about 1-metre (3 ft 3 in) thick. For a while, there was a steeple, but that was removed during the 1800s.[1][2]
