Hessigheim is a town in the Ludwigsburg Landkreis (or district) approximately 25 km north of Stuttgart. Hessigheim is located in the State of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Situated in the Neckar river valley, this small town is surrounded by vineyards, fields and forests. According to the December 2004 census, Hessigheim has a population of 2,239, 9.5% of which are not German nationals.
