Himalaya College of Engineering

Himalaya College of Engineering is a private engineering college in lalitpur, Nepal. Established in year 2000, Himalaya College of Engineering (HCOE) is affiliated with the Institute of Engineering of Tribhuvan University, Nepal. The college stands among top private institutions.

The college is located at Chyasal, Lalitpur on its own building. As before June 2012, it was situated on Shankhamul, Kathmandu, and Buddhanagar. This new building covers an area of 6100 Sq m (12 ropani).

The college offers various engineering courses relating to Civil Engineering (96 seats), Electronics & Communication Engineering (48 seats), Computer Engineering (66 seats), and Bachelors in Architecture (24 seats). The college also has a B.Sc.CSIT (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science And Information Technology) course affiliated with TU.

The College provides different facilities such as laboratories and spaces to hack on robotics. It is a college with six-storyed one main academic building, a cafeteria, a project building, and two buildings for laboratories and workshops.

Pass percentage in board exams conducted by Institute of Engineering, TU has been better than other private colleges in Nepal.
