Hirokazu Kobayashi (小林 宏一 Kobayashi Hirokazu, born June 29, 1985 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese figure skater. He placed 22nd at the 2003 World Junior Figure Skating Championships and 12th at the 2004 NHK Trophy. He is coached by Nobuo Satō.
