Hisashi Kato (born April 24, 1956 in Japan) is a Japanese football manager and former player. He most recently managed Japanese club Kyoto Sanga F.C..
Kato made 43 appearances for the senior Japan national football team from 1978 to 1987,[1] including 7 matches in the 1986 FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds.[2]
