Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization
The Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization is a children's youth organization operating in Vietnam named after President Ho Chi Minh.[1]
Background
It was founded by the Communist Party of Vietnam on May 15, 1941 in Na Ma, Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang District, Cao Bang Province. The Organization is instructed and guided by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
The Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization is a part of the Pioneers Movement in communist countries, and this movement is derived from the World Scouting by Lord Baden Powell founded 1907 in the UK.
