Holand is a village located on the northern shore of the lake Sandsjøen in the Nordli district of the municipality of Lierne in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. It lies about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) east of the village of Sandvika, the administrative center of Lierne.
